Return Policy:

In the case of loss or damage in shipment:  All items shipped via UPS or USPS have a routing number that can be checked via the internet.  The UPS site will show when your package was shipped & the route taken to delivery to your door step. 
In the case of  loss or damage in shipment, you will need to contact      UPS       OR     US Postal Service.

If you change your mind:  All sales are final; no refunds. 

However, if you change your mind once you see the print, you may contact the artist within 5 days to discuss an exchange. 
Guidelines are:

-    Must request an exchange within five (5) days of receipt of the print.

-    Only one (1) exchange request will be considered.

-    Exchange will be given only if the prints are returned in perfect condition, shipped in original wrappings via UPS. 

-    Exchange will only be for an item of equal or higher value (we do not issue refunds or credits).

-    If the exchange you want is of a higher value, you must enclose a check or money order for the difference along with the print.

-    Return shipment is at buyer's expense.
