This award winning picture of an autumn sunset over a Kentucky cornfield depicts the changing colors of the landscape at this time of the year.  In the background are one of many silos and corn cribs which dot the landscape of Kentucky farm lands.  In the foreground are the corn stumps and shaft left after the harvest is completed.  Mixed among the shaft are wild daisies and roses which grow in and along the fence lines.  Gliding overhead is a flock of Canadian geese making their way to the lake just over the hill after a day of feeding in the open fields.
